Build modern and innovative processes for clients in electronic and traditional banking.Collaborate with selected departments of the bank to analyze requirements and support users in defining business requirements.After thoroughly understanding the essence of the project, create concepts for functional and system solutions - design processes, user interface mockups, model business rules, etc.Participate in the technical design of solutions, addressing integration issues required to implement processes (SOA).Address security and performance issues of enterprise-class solutions in a banking environment.Support users during testing and coordinate the implementation process.Ensure the continuous development of solutions delivered to the business and system architecture (in-house development).Work in agile methodologies (SCRUM, Agile PM).Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT project as a developer/architect/technical leader, preferably in the financial sector.Knowledge of REST, SOAP, Kafka, Redis, SQL Server, EF, Microservices, .NET 6/8, .NET Framework 4.8.Experience in leading complex projects in multi-person teams as a coordinator/technical leader.Higher education.Good command of English.Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver products on time.Communication skills and experience in direct work with business clients.Knowledge of distributed architecture, DDD patterns, and application optimization.Offered:
