In this domain, we work closely with a select group of enterprise partners-global marketplaces-to create a unique packaging purchasing experience tailored to their needs.This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, exceptional relationship management, and the ability to execute complex delivery processes.

Proven experience working in B2B environments, especially with enterprise clients or large-scale partnerships.Language Skills:
Fluent in English (C1 level).
Polish is also required.Enterprise Discovery Expertise:
Strong ability to collaborate directly with partners to uncover their needs and co-design impactful solutions.Delivery Excellence:
Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on execution and on-time delivery.Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with key partners and internal teams to shape the product vision and ensure it aligns with both partner and business goals.Own the Roadmap:
Create and maintain a clear roadmap, balancing the strategic needs of our enterprise partners with the scalability of our platform.Facilitate Planning:
Lead quarterly and sprint planning sessions to ensure alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.Enterprise-Focused DiscoveryCollaborate Deeply:
Work closely with a few key enterprise partners to understand their unique needs, processes, and pain points.Solution Discovery:
Conduct discovery sessions with partner teams to co-create tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.Anticipate Needs:
Use your knowledge of the partner's industry and operations to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Iterative Feedback:
Ensure frequent, structured feedback loops with partners to validate solutions and adapt based on real-world usage and feedback.Delivery ExcellenceDrive Execution:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, balancing partner-specific requirements with internal capacity.Track and Communicate Progress:
Monitor delivery milestones and provide clear updates to both internal teams and partners.Manage Dependencies:
