Remote or Warsaw (hybrid)Your responsibilities will be:
Perform day-to-day administration of SAP security and access management, including user provisioning, role creation, and authorization management.Design, implement, and maintain SAP roles and profiles to ensure appropriate segregation of duties and compliance with organizational policies.Analyze and troubleshoot authorization issues, providing timely resolution and support to end-users.Collaborate with business units and project teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes related to SAP authorizations and roles.Conduct regular audits and reviews of SAP roles and authorizations to ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP security processes, procedures, and configurations.Work closely with SAP BASIS, functional, and technical teams to ensure integrated and cohesive application support.Experience and Skills:
Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with a focus on Authorization and Roles.Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and audit compliance.Proficiency in SAP user administration, role design, and profiling across various SAP modules.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex authorization issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.SAP certifications in Security or GRC are a plus.Knowledge of SAP Fiori role concept, S/4HANA security, or other advanced SAP technologies is an advantage.What we offer:
