Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within HR and payroll services or related industries.Independent Work Ethic:
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.Initiative and Creativity:
Proactive in generating new ideas and approaches to sales strategies.Innovative Thinking:
Willingness to test and implement various methods for acquiring new clients.Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Fluent Polish and good English skills (B2 level).Client Acquisition Skills:
Experience in identifying and engaging potential clients effectively.Adaptability:
Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market feedback and changing environments.Technological Proficiency:
Comfortable with using and explaining online platforms and digital tools.Goal-Oriented:
Focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.Team Collaboration:
Ability to work well within a team while also driving individual initiatives.Which tasks can you expect?Client Acquisition:
Proactively hunt for and acquire new domestic and international clients for our HR and payroll services and innovative online platform.Innovative Sales Strategies:

Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by building strong, lasting relationships with clients.Project Leadership:
Lead the sales process from start to finish, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.Collaborative Engagement:
Work closely with teams across the organization-including sales, product management, legal, and operations-to facilitate smooth collaborations.Market Representation:
