Responsibilities include ensuring accurate budgeting, compiling management summaries, maintaining data integrity, conducting financial analysis, and coordinating with key stakeholders on system issues.
The ideal candidate has experience in planning, reporting, and delivering high-quality financial support.What will you do - Responsibilities:
Management Accounting and FP&A:
Support budgeting and performance management processes (A&SP, OL, LE, TDT).Prepare financial summaries and manage data integrity in systems.Collaborate with functional Finance Lead for accurate forecasts and budgeting.Business Support:
Provide financial analysis and progress reports.Support functions in all system related matters - SAP / R3 / BW / TM1 / HC tracker / HC reporting tools.Assist in project and investment decision financial details.Coordinate transactional processes and cost tracking.Ensure timely and accurate cost recognition in financial statements.Assist in preparing local BAP/Memos.Provide guidance to the function regarding compliance with Operating Guidelines, JTI Policies & Procedures, JSOX and other internal controls.Financial Process Improvement and Cost Management:
Support initiatives for process efficiencies.Provide expertise to achieve cost management goals.Who are we looking for - Requirements:
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.Professional accounting qualification (e.g.
CIMA, ACCA) is an advantage.Minimum 3 years finance experience, preferably in multinational FMCG companies.Budgeting and planning experience (FP&A) preferably with exposure to senior management.Fluency in English.Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP, BW, Excel.
