About the job
As a Drug Program Customer Experience Partner, your key purpose is to orchestrate all customer interactions using a diversity of messages and channels to deliver a superior customer experience to HCPs and inspire them to provide the best solution for patients within the Dupixent drug program.

Main responsibilities:

Consistently achieve sales objectives (units, value, MS) of the promoted product portfolio in your area.
Act as a bridge between commercial and customer engagement (CE) functions.
Lead and develop health communities to best serve patients.
Manage customer insights (needs, feedback, pain points) and relay them to the team for outcome-driven communication.
Collaborate with Customer Engagement (CE) to tailor customer journeys that address needs and solve pain points.
Own and adapt communication with customers to meet their needs.
Work with CE, BOS, Marketing, and Medical teams to define a customer experience vision and contribute to long-term omni-channel strategy.
Implement and manage customized activation strategies across all channels to ensure optimal customer experience.

About you
Experience and knowledge:

Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales management position, preferably; experience in Immunology will be an asset.
Ability to manage commercial activities and experience in drug programs will be an asset.
Sales management knowledge.
Strategic analysis and planning.
Project management skills.
Interpersonal skills to negotiate, communicate, present, and persuade.
Collaboration skills.
Good analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize; ability to work on their own initiative and make quality decisions.
Driving license cat B and availability for frequent business trips (1/5 country).

Languages:

Good English language knowledge and skills (written and verbal).
Polish - Full professional proficiency.

Education: University degree (medical field would be an advantage), preferably an additional education in Business Management or Marketing field.
