Become a Software Engineer (Graduate), a member of the Software Engineering Graduate Program at our Software R&D Center in Poland.We are looking for talented individuals interested in:
Backend Development, DevOps, QA Engineering.What you'll achieve To give new hires the ability to learn across different solutions and quickly enhance an IT knowledge, we are offering an unique program that consists of three 12-month rotations (real work on different projects).Our Software Engineering Graduate Program allows for candidates new to software engineering or systems engineering to join a fast-paced, dynamic organization in a supportive environment that encourages fast learning and growth.

Essential Requirements:
Education:
1st level studies degree (Engineering/Bachelor) in Computer Science or related fields.
Graduated in 2024 or expect to graduate by April 2025.
Technical Skills:
Good understanding of Computer Science foundations, knowledge of the Software Development Cycle, practical knowledge of at least one programming language (our teams use mainly Python, C, C++, Golang, Java) and understanding of database technologies (such as SQL and NoSQL).
Mindset:
Learning mindset, ability to ramp up quickly, and high motivation to grow.
Languages:
Good communication skills in English to collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
Desirable Requirements:
Software Engineering Practices:
Theoretical knowledge of unit tests, functional tests, version control systems.Technical Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of software architectures, applications, operating systems, networking, microservices, cloud technologies.

Employment is scheduled to start in April 2025.
Our intention is to offer a permanent contract after a 3-month probation period.
