Quality Control Specialist, auto parts m/f/d

What we're looking for
Responsibilities:

Review supplied parts in accordance with incoming inspection plan, verifying conformance with relevant requirements such as appearance, dimensions, marking, labelling etc.
Decision making for product quality status based on inspection results (list of OK/NOK products). Relevant reports preparation. Conformation of blocked parts in the Quarantine zone
Review of warranty returns. Preparation of technical description for reviewed scrap parts.
Performance additional checks based on PQRM information for current products.
Block from sales NOK parts in the system. Preparation of detailed description, photo evidence, cost of non-quality calculation for defined non-conformities to be provided to supplier
Registration of inspection results in relevant databases with high data accuracy
Submitting samples for laboratory testing. Review test results

Qualifications:

Secondary vocational education in Quality Management, Automotive, Engineering or a related field
Proficient knowledge of vehicle construction, its repair and maintenance procedures.
Strong skills in using measuring tools
Proficiency in understanding and reviewing technical documents and dimensional drawings
Good attention to detail, essential for identifying discrepancies
Russian - fluent, English - A2+

Qualifications: (Desired):

Associate's or bachelor's degree in Automotive, Engineering or Quality-related field.
Exceptional accuracy and record-keeping skills
Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system
Knowledge of certification requirements for automotive market products and auto parts

Experience:

1+ years experience in manufacturing factory as quality inspector, incoming inspection specialist
Experience in using various types of measuring instruments (overall dimensions, weight, hardness, etc.)
Experience in problem solving and identifying solutions in a timely manner.
Prior experience working in a high-pressure environment with tight deadline
