Cel stanowiskaWeryfikacja komponentów / materiału od poddostawców / wyrobów gotowych oraz re-kwalifikacja wyrobu niezgodnego.Główne ZadaniaKontrola końcowa i zwalnianie wyrobów gotowych.Zatwierdzanie nowych części, materiałów oraz komponentów od nowych dostawców, w tym lokalizacja i serializacja części.Przygotowywanie oraz prowadzenie dokumentacji i zapisów systemu zapewnienia jakości, w szczególności checklist z inspekcji wejściowej.Ciągłe doskonalenie produktu, procesu oraz systemu jakości.Wdrażanie działań korygujących i zapobiegawczych.Nadzór nad wyrobami niezgodnymi, w tym:
Odseparowanie wyrobów i ich umieszczanie w strefach „hold area'.Aktualizowanie systemów oraz dokumentacji.Kwalifikacja wyrobu (re-work, scrap, użycie bez poprawek - deviation approval).Ponowna kwalifikacja wyrobu.Zastępstwo na innych liniach produkcyjnych zgodnie z wytycznymi przełożonych.Przestrzeganie regulaminów firmy i zasad BHP.Dbanie o mienie, wizerunek firmy oraz dobrą atmosferę w pracy.Prowadzenie zapisów oraz statystyk, a także terminowe raportowanie do zainteresowanych stron.Udział w szkoleniach wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych w celu podnoszenia kwalifikacji.Przeprowadzanie audytów produktów.WykształcenieDo sukcesu będziesz potrzebować:
Średnie techniczne z zakresu diagnostyki pojazdowej lub spawalnictwa.Doświadczenie zawodowe:
Minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku.Praktyka w pracy na stacji diagnostycznej.Doświadczenie w zadaniach związanych ze spawalnictwem lub weryfikacją spawów.Uprawnienia:
Uprawnienia na wózki widłowe.Uprawnienia na suwnice.Mile widziane uprawnienia VT 1 & 2.Prawo jazdy kategorii C+E.Umiejętności:
Znajomość rysunku technicznego.Umiejętność pracy w zespole.Obsługa narzędzi pomiarowych.Zdolność do pracy pod presją czasu.Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.Cechy osobiste:
