retail chains, distributors, wholesalers, gas station networks, specialty stores, smaller chains.Identifying market product needs.Building, acquiring, and maintaining relationships with business partners (owners/purchasers/sellers/network coordinators).Active sales and subsequent monitoring.Reporting work in the CRM system.High determination in achieving sales goals - we are looking for people who want to earn great money on high-volume orders counted in hundreds of thousands of units per client.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the industry - preferably FMCG, ideally with foreign retail chains, preferably with a manufacturer of products such as:
carbonated beverages, energy snacks, craft beers, alcohols, tobacco, e-cigarettes, energy drinks.Markets we will start with:
Germany, France, Spain, UK, Sweden, Eastern Europe.Achievement of targets measured in millions / tens of millions PLN annually.Very good command of English; any other language is a plus (German, French, etc.).Ability to work towards goals and verifiable experience in this area supported by successes.Willingness to travel for business and significant availability for face-to-face meetings.High personal culture and a high degree of independence.Willingness to attend industry fairs worldwide (a few events per year).Base salary, depending on experience:
14,000 - 18,000 PLN; the company is also open to candidate expectations, provided they are justified by experience and previous sales figures.Commissions paid quarterly:
the upper limit remains determination; realistically, annual commissions can range from 500,000 to 720,000 PLN depending on generated sales.All necessary work tools:
laptop, phone, company card.Coverage of all expenses related to trips (transport, hotels, accommodation, etc.).No benefits such as multisport or fruit Fridays - at this salary level, we believe you can afford everything independently, and something else motivates you.Marketing support - the main investor has already achieved huge success and offers comprehensive support for the given market.Implementation in a top location in Warsaw (1-2 weeks) with accommodation provided, then remote/mobile work combined with client trips.Informacje:
