A Day in the Life
As a Senior Sales Representative - RAS (Robotic Assisted Surgery), you will have an opportunity to sell one of our most premier products - HUGO. Your area of sales coverage will be: Wielkopolskie, Lubuskie, Pomorskie, Zachodnio-Pomorskie & a part of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship. For this role, you will be expected to be located in Trójmiasto or Bydgoszcz, Poland.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Promotes and sells Medtronic's RAS within the assigned geographic area to meet or exceed targets.
Attends customer meetings and conferences as required.
Provides Operating Room (OR) surgeons and nurses technical support during surgeries.
Organizes product demos.
Works on offer preparation.
Helps to create and care for the company's image.
Participates in negotiations with hospitals.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

At least 3-5 years of medical devices sales experience.
Experience in the operating room.
Excellent record of Capital sales.
An understanding of the capital sales process.
Cooperation with hospital management and administration.
Experience connected to tenders.
Good time management.
Readiness for frequent business travel.
