SAP Project ManagerPoznań, Greater Poland Voivodeship, PolskaPion SAP składa się z ponad 60 osób - Konsultantów, Developerów oraz Specjalistów.
Zespół do którego aplikujesz to 7-osobowy team, w skład którego wchodzą osoby na stanowiskach SAP Project Manager, Scrum Master oraz Koordynator ds.
Testów SAP.Zespół do którego dołączysz, w swej codziennej pracy, zajmuje się obsługą międzynarodowych klientów z branży fashion, healthcare, tech oraz beauty w aspekcie integracji obsługi logistycznej z klientami zewnętrznymi (w projektach opartych o SAP WM lub SAP EWM S/4 HANA).SAP Project Manager bierze udział w pełnych cyklach wdrożeniowych, nowych lokalizacji magazynowych, dla przyszłych klientów Arvato.
W ich trakcie ma okazję, wymieniać się wiedzą oraz doświadczeniem ze Specjalistami z polskich oraz zagranicznych oddziałów Arvato Supply Chain Solutions.Prowadzenie projektów biznesowych w obszarze logistyki w części dotyczącej systemu SAP zgodnie z metodyką przyjętą w Dziale IT (Waterfall i/lub Scrum).Prowadzenie kart projektów, definiowanie zakresu projektów, terminów, ról oraz niezbędnych zasobów.Zbieranie wymagań i uzgodnienie zakresu prac z osobami decyzyjnymi.Przygotowywanie koncepcji i wycen rozwiązań dotyczących systemu SAP.Współpraca przy przekładaniu koncepcji biznesowej na koncepcję techniczną oraz egzekwowanie sporządzania dokumentacji technicznej.Przeprowadzenie analizy ryzyk.Uzgodnienie z przełożonym dostępności zasobów ludzkich, a następnie zarządzanie zespołem oddelegowanym do projektu.Dbanie o sprawną komunikację z biznesem i klientami w ramach prowadzonego projektu.Stałe monitorowanie terminów oraz budżetu w ramach prowadzonych projektów.Opracowanie wskaźników oceny skuteczności projektu (KPI).Przygotowanie wsparcia powdrożeniowego w strukturach Działu SAP.Przygotowywanie raportów oraz zestawień.Współpraca ze specjalistami w ramach rozproszonego Działu IT Arvato.Co najmniej 3-letnie doświadczenie w pracy na stanowisku SAP Project Manager lub podobnym.Znajomość obsługi systemu SAP (S/4 HANA).Znajomość procesów biznesowych w logistyce.Umiejętność prowadzenia kilku projektów jednocześnie.Znajomość język angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację (min.
B2).Silne umiejętności komunikacyjne.Zdolność do priorytetyzacji zadań oraz brania za nie odpowiedzialności.Umiejętność współpracy w zespole.Otwartość i proaktywność.Oferujemy:
