Obowiązki
Obsługa maszyn do produkcji żarówek i komponentów do żarówek.
Dbanie o właściwy stan techniczny maszyn - konserwacja i przeprowadzanie drobnych napraw.
Realizacja założonych celów ilościowych i jakościowych.
Prowadzenie pomiarów i kontroli oraz korygowanie procesów.
Aktywny udział w programach poprawiających efektywność i bezpieczeństwo pracy.
Wymagania
Zaangażowanie w wykonywaną pracę.
Umiejętności szybkiego i efektywnego rozwiązywania problemów.
Dobra praca w zespole.
Wykształcenie min. zasadnicze zawodowe.
Podstawowa wiedza z zakresu mechaniki.
Podstawowa znajomość funkcjonowania maszyny i urządzeń mechanicznych.
Mile widziane doświadczenie na podobnych stanowiskach (w obsłudze maszyn produkcyjnych).
Zatrudnienie w oparciu o umowę o pracę (pierwsza zostaje zawierana na okres próbny wynoszący 3 miesiące).
Pracę w systemie 4 brygadowym, 3 lub 2 zmianowym.
