ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
koordynowanie pracy zespołu Doradców Klienta oraz aktywna sprzedaż produktów i usług, dostosowana do indywidualnych potrzeb klientów;
monitorowanie wyników sprzedażowych/ekonomicznych w podległym dziale/sektorze);
przekazywanie informacji zwrotnych o potrzebach klientów w celu ulepszania naszej oferty;
przygotowywanie zamówień dla klienta, monitorowanie procesu ich realizacji;
budowanie relacji i wzmacnianie lojalności poprzez programy partnerskie i lojalnościowe;
monitorowanie i zapewnienie dostępności i odpowiedniej ekspozycji towaru zgodnie ze standardami;
współpraca z innymi działami oraz serwisami zewnętrznymi (w tym magazyn centralny, dostawcy);
koordynowanie i przygotowywanie działu do akcji handlowych, inwentaryzacji, audytów;
przestrzeganie zasad BHP, w tym odpowiedniego składowania i zabezpieczania towarów; dbanie o bezpieczeństwo klientów i współpracowników;
udział w szkoleniach, podnoszenie wiedzy produktowej i stosowanie jej w praktyce.
WYMAGANIA:
wykazujesz się otwartością i życzliwością;
posiadasz doświadczenie w obszarze obsługi klienta, zarządzania sprzedażą (mile widziane w sklepach wielkopowierzchniowych, hurtowniach etc.) i zespołem pracowników;
interesujesz się tematyką budowlaną, ogrodniczą lub dekoracyjną;
potrafisz pracować zespołowo, masz doświadczenie w koordynowaniu prac innych; osób;
jesteś gotowy/a do pracy o charakterze częściowo fizycznym (rozkładanie towaru, kompletowanie zamówień, zmiany ekspozycji etc.);
jesteś gotowy/a do pracy zmianowej w godzinach otwarcia sklepu (06:30 - 21:00), także w soboty (do 3 w miesiącu) i w niedziele handlowe.
