Provide administrative support for Medical Affairs (MA) teamProduce accurate, complete, and professional correspondence, including meeting minutes, as assigned within designated timelines across project meetings (i.e.
Medical Monitor monthly team meetings, Project Review Meetings, etc.)Organize setup of required systems during study startup (mailboxes, distribution lists, fax numbers, tracking tools, etc.) as they apply to MA tasksMaintain tracking systems during active study period as required within assigned studiesMaintain project training records as requiredOversee filing maintenance in Trial Master File and eTMF (ICOMaster or sponsor-specific system) for assigned projectsAssist Medical Affairs team with obtaining and filing eSignatures for required study documentsAssist with audit preparations as requested by MA team membersRequirementsStrong organizational and administrative skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyEffective communication and teamwork skillsPrevious experience using computerized information systems (Windows, MS Office); high working knowledge with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OutlookFluency in EnglishYou must be located in PolandWhat ICON can offer you:
