You will work with Kaizen Team and Procedures Writing Team on implementation of lean manufacturing activities.
You will:
Support implementation of lean manufacturing activities (e.g., Kaizen, Gemba) to optimize production processesParticipate in problem solving groupsAnalyze root causes of problems to implement continuous improvement actionsDrafting and publication of work instructionsCreate charts, graphs, and other visualizations to provide recommendations and insightsTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
Here's what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements Analytical skills and unconventional approach to solving problems / creativityTheoretical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and formal problem-solving toolsAbility to efficiently communicate in English and Polish (both verbal and written)Good knowledge of MS OfficeDesirable Requirements Graduates from 2+ year university or program within 0-12 months of graduationWho we areWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
