We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our team.
As a Senior Product Manager at Houst, you will lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative products that enhance the user experience in the short-term rental market.
Your role involves developing a strategic product roadmap that aligns with our business goals.
You will manage the entire product lifecycle, prioritise features based on user needs, and leverage data-driven insights to optimise engagement and satisfaction.

Devise and deliver the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Houst's strategic priorities and goals.
Understand and enhance business processes across departments, improve company operations, and effectively connect software solutions to real-world applications in a hybrid environment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Define and monitor key product metrics to understand performance and inform strategic decisions.
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure timely delivery.
Champion our customers, deeply understanding their needs and frustrations to drive product improvement.
Foster a culture of experimentation, encouraging the team to test, learn, iterate, and innovate.
Requirements:
Must be based in Poland.
4 years commercial experience in a product role, preferably within a scale-up environment.
Proven track record of crafting and launching successful products.
Hands-on, "do-er" mentality, with the ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with meticulous execution.
Strong customer focus, with a passion for understanding user needs and translating them into product features.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for thinking outside the box and finding creative solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to board executives.
Hands-on experience with modern product management tools, including Notion, ClickUp, Figma and data analytics tools such as Looker.
Experience with lean methodologies and SQL in order to do checks in the database.
