Marketing Analyst

Your main objective is to support FedEx with the global customer migration process that covers adapting customer pricing setup and enabling a smooth transition from one company's Opco environment to another.Within that process, you will be focused on executing provided tooling/systems to develop the best pricing offer, according to the rules and procedures defined.The task will require the right level of prioritizing a busy workload and must demonstrate a high level of analytic and quantitative competency.

Key Activities/Accountabilities of the role include:
Apply your analytical skills to thoroughly evaluate quantitative informationApply extensive Excel skills to execute migration Excel-based tool (Pivot tables, Vlookups, Hlookups + VBA as a great addition to your skills)Collaborate with other pricing analysts to provide the outcome from the tool execution and discuss main points of the new pricing setupIdentify areas of improvement within the tool, given recommendations, and adjust accordinglyAdvise across the team on findings within the tool on possible development areas and potential errors to improve process efficiencySupport processing migration requests in the dedicated pricing systemBecome a pricing expert within the customer migration area to support company efforts on completing cross-functional projects in a timely mannerWhat do you bring with you:
The ideal candidate would have:
University Education (or equivalent through experience)Experience in Commercial, Finance, Pricing, or Marketing environment (or other relevant area)Strong analytical (numeric & strategic) and process thinking capabilitiesStrong Microsoft Excel skills (ability to use Excel functions like:
Vlookups, Hlookups, Pivot tables, Pivot slicers, Match, Index)VBA skills seen as added valuePython skills seen as added valueFluent in English (spoken and written) as a minimum requirementGood communication skills:
ability to clearly communicate complex data findings and insights from the migration tool to define the final offer accordinglyExcellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.What do we offer:
