Lead Generation Manager

Keepit is looking for a Lead Generation Manager to support our sales teams across the globe.We're experiencing rapid growth and are determined to use our momentum to bring our market-leading SaaS cloud-based backup services for Office 365, Azure AD, Dynamics, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Google to a global audience.
To do that successfully, we need to ensure that our sales teams have updated and enriched information on potential customers.
Therefore, we are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our Lead Generation team as part of our Revenue Operations team.Central tasks for this position will be:
Leading a market research team of five, providing guidance and ensuring effective collaboration.Supporting the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) by providing them with qualified leads and information on targeted accounts.Assisting with daily requests from the SDRs.Coordinating ABM campaigns across regions at Keepit, as well as planning and executing outbound marketing campaigns.Leveraging your research findings to create tailored outreach strategies.Conducting comprehensive research using Zoominfo or Cognism to gather relevant company information, industry insights, and data for targeted account lists.Assisting in validating new customers and target account lists to build a strong pipeline in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.Measuring the effectiveness of account-based marketing campaigns and providing insights and recommendations for optimization.You will join our growing Revenue Operations Team of skilled sales professionals and tech entrepreneurs, reporting to Keepit's Market Research Team Leader, Enrika Grečukas.

Research and Data Management tools:
Proficiency in using tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism to gather relevant company information, industry insights, and data crucial for creating and refining targeted account lists.
A strong understanding of buyer intent software, including G2, TrustRadius, and Dealfront/Leadfeeder, is essential.Account-based Marketing:
Proven experience in account-based marketing and market research is preferred.
The candidate should also have experience handling data issues, such as missing or incorrect data in Excel, and be able to think creatively to solve problems.Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.Project Management and Coordination:
Ownership of all account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, acting as the key coordinator to ensure smooth execution across various regions.Entrepreneurial Spirit:
