Identifying key business partners:
retail chains, distributors, wholesalers, gas station networks, specialty stores, smaller chains.Identifying market product needs.Building, acquiring, and maintaining relationships with business partners (owners/purchasers/salespeople/network coordinators).Active sales and subsequent monitoring.Reporting work in the CRM system.Strong determination in achieving sales goals - we are looking for individuals who want to earn great money on large-volume orders counted in hundreds of thousands of items per client.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the industry - preferably FMCG, preferably with foreign retail chains, ideally with manufacturers of products such as:
carbonated beverages, energy snacks, craft beers, alcohols, tobacco, e-cigarettes, energy drinks.Markets to start with:
Germany, France, Spain, UK, Sweden, Eastern Europe.Achieving targets measured in millions/ tens of millions PLN annually.Very good knowledge of English; any other language is a plus (German, French, etc.).Ability to work towards goals and verifiable experience in this area supported by successes.Willingness to travel for business and significant availability for in-person meetings.High personal culture, great independence.Willingness to attend industry fairs worldwide (several events per year).Base salary, depending on experience:
14,000 - 18,000 PLN; the company is also open to candidates' expectations, provided they are supported by experience and previously achieved sales amounts.Commissions paid quarterly:
the upper limit remains determination; realistically, on an annual basis, commissions can range from 500,000 to 720,000 PLN depending on generated sales.All necessary work tools:
