Executive Administrative Support (m/f/d)At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.Job OverviewTE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance.
Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries.
They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for the management and organization of the executive office (ICT GM)Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences.Time and travel managementPrepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.Creation of management presentations and statistics for internal and external usageConserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunicationsDocument and data managementPreparation and update of executive management reportingRepresentation of ad hoc support to all global and country executivesInternational correspondence with customers, suppliers, supervisory boards, executives, colleagues, local and international authoritiesMaintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.Create, maintain, and update various databases and reports and present data for management reporting purposes.Managing and organization of (europewide/global) meetings and eventsParticipation in discussions and negotiations with suppliers, including pre- and post-processing.Blast communication for ICT business, announcements, etc.What your background should look like:
Certified management/office assistant or Bachelor's degree in business administration/management preferred5+ years in providing administrative support to senior executivesExcellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and customer service skills requiredHighly organized and detail-orientedFlexibility to conform to shifting priorities, demands, timelines and working in different locationsAdvanced knowledge of computer, internet and software (MS Office, SAP PR2, Concur)Demonstrated ability to organize and multi-task, includes planning, scheduling and coordinatingAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environmentAbility to effectively develop cohesive relationships with internal and external management, employees, vendors and visitorsFluent language skills in English (written and verbally); German language is a plus, knowledge of additional European languages is an advantageABOUT TE CONNECTIVITYTE Connectivity is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
