Be the team lead for a group of up to 5 data engineers for either one of the following two streams of work:
Market or Revenue OperationsContribute both personally and lead a strong engineering teamWork on an award-winning platform that processes billions of dollars every day.
How do we work? We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Data Engineering Lead to manage a team.
We work in an international environment with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Architects, and stakeholders located in North America, Europe, and Asia.
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for your team's level of excellence both technically and in making right on your commitmentsSet the pace of workLeverage and introduce engineering and people practicesContribute personally If you can thrive in a dynamic environment, this job opportunity is for you! What skillset you need to be successful in this role:
3+ years in data engineeringStrong SQL and Python, clean code, and engineering practicesExperience with a Cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP)Good knowledge of data modelingExperience and understanding of source control and continuous integrationWorking knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Data engineering best practices, experience with an orchestration tool (e.g.
Airflow) Nice to have:
