IT Analyst

We are seeking an IT Analyst in Warsaw with hands-on programming skills to join our team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain applications from end-to-end.About our teamYou will join Technology Automation Team.
We collaborate closely with the entire Core Operations unit to create in-house applications and automations that support our colleagues.
Our primary goal is to enhance the daily work experience of our colleagues by eliminating repetitive tasks.
The team operates in a hybrid mode, with at least two days per week in the office.Collaboration.

Maintenance of existing solutions - applications, API, automationsDevelopment of new solutions - based on needs reported by other teamsCreate and update documentationProactively look for automation opportunitiesGather solution ideas and requirements with our stakeholdersTaking part in implementation of new BMC solutionsDevelopment of Self Service Portal forms and workflowsWho you areThis is the right role for you if you are:

Experience in process modellingSkilled at daily applications management (diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with apps, responding to JIRA tasks and quickly restoring services, delivering technical consultation to other units, etc.)Familiar with ITIL practices and Agile way of workingUnderstanding of relational databasesSkilled at planning and controlling IT operations (defining, creating and ensuring following of standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with policies from Engineering and Cybersecurity, patching, upgrading, etc.)Having proficiency in English, spoken and written B2Experienced with working for a financial institutionWhat we offerPeople come here when they want to get somewhere.
