Head of Maintenance CEEWe are seeking a highly skilled Head of Maintenance CEE to lead and manage all maintenance operations across Central and Eastern Europe.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the logistics industry and have a proven track record of driving operational excellence and growth.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy aligned with overall business objectives.Oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.Lead and mentor a high-performing maintenance team.Optimize maintenance processes and reduce downtime.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English, additional CEE languages are a plus.What we offer:
