Working across the content organisation you will build up a portfolio of changes that need to be applied to all D&A CO functional groups.
As a leader with vision you will be responsible for the creation of new change management processes such as the adoption and implementation of large scale business events or regulatory endeavours.
This will involve assessing all attributes of activities which apply and working with other change management leaders across the D&A Ops group to instil a culture of change in line with our values.By working with a large cross functional team and associated partners you will be expected to inspire independent thinking about how various initiatives can be delivered effectively and efficiently whilst improving the overall resilience of the D&A CO group.ROLE SUMMARY:
Drive the strategy for evolving the maturity of D&A Content Operations change management and client engagement.Engage with our key partners to build relationships that benefit all the team facilitating the delivery of strategic objectives.Constructing a portfolio of business and organisational change activities to translate into tangible specifications for action across D&A CO and in conjunction with relevant partners.Organise around common standards and themes for change management designs ensuring that standard processes are in place to present information about D&A CO real-estate (data, databases, data flows, sources, and processes) to any interested audit groups.Champion the team through use of domain specific expertise to ensure that all mechanisms exist to assess and report on change management across D&A CO.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Working with Data Strategy Management, Operational Excellence, Process Excellence and other groups to create and implement D&A CO Change Management Policies.Creating a portfolio view of change events to facilitate review activities across D&A CO to evolve the maturity of D&A CO Change Management processes.Craft and lead analysis on D&A CO maturity on change management curve.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Experience in developing authoritative knowledge and building SMEs for application of change management policies on D&A Content Operations.Significant previous experience in presenting information to senior managers and knowledge of business case planning process.Knowledge of external regulations, industry standards and change management principles that affect the D&A CO organisation.Proven skills for influencing others and building strong partnerships with key personnel at all levels of the group.Understanding of process mapping and data structures.WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN:
