We are now looking for a Manager, Sourcing Indirect (all genders) with a focus on Business & Functional Services to join our Sourcing Indirect Team.
In this position, you will directly report to the Sr Manager, Indirect Sourcing.
This position will be based in our Gdansk, Poland office.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing sourcing strategies for a wide range of Business & Functional Services (e.
g.
Research & Innovation, Strategy, Sustainability, Finance, Legal.
)Conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunitiesManaging supplier relationships, negotiations, and contracts to ensure favorable terms while minimizing costs as well as commercial and legal risksTaking care of selected supplier relationships in order to ensure they deliver sustainable service, performance, and value.
Looking for continuous improvement in supplier data quality and cost efficiencyCollaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and to ensure alignment with business objectivesManaging assigned categories efficiently by gaining stakeholder trust and respect by delivering results in line with common visionWhat you will bring to the team:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years' experience in indirect sourcingResults-driven, analytical, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to logically identify alternative solutions or approaches to complex challengesSolid supplier and internal stakeholder management skillsStrong negotiating skills and intercultural competence, including solid language proficiency in EnglishExperience with negotiating legal and commercial agreements terms and conditionsExperience with SAP and eSourcing toolsReadiness to travelWhat you can expect from us:
