Be Cognizant!About the roleThis position requires you to collaborate closely with customers and assist them with any queries regarding the incentive programs.
They may concern incentive calculation, payment, disbursement, etc.Your daily tasks:
Manage and communicate with high-end client partners on a regular basisProvide wide-range support regarding the incentive programs to client partners via mailRespond to and resolve queries from partners and subsidiaries regarding incentive calculation, payment, disbursement, and other related queriesEnroll and onboard partners in the client ecosystem based on eligibility criteria established by the clientHandle end-to-end payment process - processing incentives earning calculations, claims, and reconciliationYour profile:
Excellent written communication skills - English & Spanish (B2)Interest and ability to quickly learn high-tech products and servicesExperience reconciling accounting figures and financial recordsIntermediate to advanced computer literacyGood numerical ability and logical reasoningHigh level of attention to detailProfessional email writing skillsAppropriate handling of sensitive informationAbility to work to deadlinesTeam player with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders involvedStrong client relationship management and customer service skillsWillingness to work from the officeWe offer:
