Our team consists of 15 members and is located in Gdansk, Poland.Responsibilities:
Bank payment processing, including:
Generating payments list based on approved invoices and due datesEntering them into the banking system, coordination of approvalsPosting bank payments to AP ledgersBank statements accounting according to Hempel rules, including calculation and posting of:
Payments to suppliers / other liabilitiesEurocard statementCurrency bank revaluationsOther transactionsMaintaining proper documentation for the aboveTimely and accurate bank reconciliations, including a proactive approach to resolving unidentified paymentsQualifications and competences:
Min 1 year of experience in accountingUniversity degree preferable in Finance or AccountingGood level of English (written and spoken)Basic knowledge of accounting principlesOrganizational skills and accuracyFriendly personalityWhat we offer:
