As part of this team, you will work on web and mobile applications as well as integrations with other external systems.Responsibilities:
Designing and executing test scenariosEvaluating software applications and systemsAssessing software quality through manual and automated testingIdentifying and reporting bugs and glitchesDesigning user guidelines and testing specificationsYou will succeed in this role if you have:
Moderate experience using SQL to query relational databases and modify data across multiple tablesAn understanding of test methodologiesKnowledge of web services topics (HTTP, REST, and JSON)The ability to test and verify defects hotfixed in production environments2-3 years of experience as a QA Technical AnalystExcellent analytical and diagnostic skillsExperience in performing different levels of testing (integration, SAT, UAT)Knowledge and experience with different types of testing (functional, non-functional, regression, usability, security)Knowledge of black box and white box testingExperience in designing and executing test scenarios, documenting defects/bugs, and reviewing and analyzing system specificationsThe ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycleA minimum English proficiency level of B2 in both speaking and writingJoin UsAs we scale, we're looking for new doers, collaborators and innovators to join Descartes in uniting the people and technology that move the world as the Global Leader in Logistics and Supply Chain Technology.
