identyfikacja kluczowych partnerów handlowych : sieci handlowe, dystrybutorzy, hurtownie, sieci stacji benzynowych, sklepy specjalistyczne, mniejsze sieci
identyfikacja rynkowych potrzeb produktowych
budowanie, pozyskiwanie i utrzymywanie relacji z partnerami handlowymi (właściciele/zakupowcy/sprzedawcy/koordynatorzy sieci)
aktywna sprzedaż i jej późniejsze monitorowanie sprzedaży
raportowanie swojej pracy w systemie CRM
WYMAGANIA:
duża determinacja w osiąganiu celów sprzedażowych - szukamy osób które chcą zarabiać świetne pieniądze na wielkowolumenowych zamówieniach liczonych w setkach tysięcy sztuk / na klienta
minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w sprzedaży w branży - najlepiej FMCG, najchętniej do zagranicznych sieci handlowych, najlepiej u producenta takich produktów jak : napoje gazowane, przekąski energetyczne, piwa kraftowe, alkohole, tytoń, e-papierosy, energetyki
rynki od których zaczniemy: Niemcy, Francja, Hiszpania, UK, Szwecja, Europa Wschodnia
realizacja targetów liczonach w milionach / dziesiątkach mln PLN rocznie
bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego, każdy inny język - na plus (niemiecki, francuski, etc)
umiejętność pracy na celach i weryfikowalne doświadczenie w tym obszarze poparte sukcesami
gotowość do podróży służbowych i spora dyspozycyjność w zakresie spotkań bezpośrednich
wysoka kultura osobista, bardzo duża samodzielność
gotowość do jeżdżenia na targi branżowe na całym świecie (kilka wydarzeń w roku)
