My company owns a billionaire export business and sells their products all around the world: Europe, Asia, Pacific, North America, South America.
Opis stanowiska
Your responsibilities:
Create and execute export sales development strategies for building systems;
Manage a sales budget of hundreds of millions of euros for operations worldwide;
Knowledge of INCOTERMS, the logistics market, supply chain practices, and legal specifications in the EU/outside the EU;
Analyze foreign markets and identify new business opportunities;
Establish, build, and develop relationships with business partners;
Monitor the market and the activities of the competition to recommend current directions of commercial activities;
Conduct commercial negotiations;
Manage the export sales division team (commercial and technical positions);
Report to the Company's Board of Directors.
Profil kandydata
Requirements:
Tertiary education (preferably in management, trade, or technical fields);
10 years of experience in a managerial position in the export sales area (including a minimum of 6 years as Export Director);
Experience in building and implementing export market development strategies focusing on non-European markets (experience in the aluminium joinery industry will be an added advantage);
Knowledge of international markets, business cultures, and trade regulations;
Highly developed interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills;
Strategic planning and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment;
Fluency in English; minimum C1;
Cat B driver's license - willingness to travel frequently on business;
Knowledge of additional foreign languages (minimum 2: English, Spanish, French, German, Russian);
