This position reports to Global TSA Relationship Mngr at Zurich Your role and responsibilities Exciting global role in Core IS (Information Systems) Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team managing and coordinating global M&A acquisition, divestment, and joint venture projects from due diligence to end of integrations or separation.
The IS Project Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) leads and coordinates any M&A related activities for divestments (carve-out) and acquisitions (integrations) of affected IS applications and infrastructure in the relevant service area.
They set a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the project and fit for purpose M&A solutions.
Decides on project delivery methodology and aligns with stakeholders.
Defines the scope of the project and develops a project schedule accordingly.
Ensures that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, project objectives, applicable quality standards, safety requirements, cost, and scheduling targets.
You work closely with multiple functions (IS, HR, Finance, etc.
) within core, business, and local organization to ensure that all related activities are executed per company procedures, project objectives, quality standards, safety and compliance requirements, and cost and schedule targets.

#LI-remote This role is contributing to the IS Services business area in San Luis Potosi, Mexico You will be mainly accountable for:
Plans, schedules, coordinates, and delivers the IS project outcomes to time, scope, cost and agreed quality.
Defines, with key stakeholders, the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation.
Coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans and communicates status to key stakeholders.
Defines, jointly with key stakeholders, all project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
Effectively organizes, monitors and controls activities to ensure achievement of planned stage-gates and efficient utilization of available resources.
Monitors and controls project cost and financials.
Identifies, contains and reduces risk, and ensures that all opportunities are captured and acted upon.
Uses knowledge and experience to assess what lies ahead at the initial stages of the project, assessing what information they have and don't have, the risks and issues that may arise during the project and to decide on the best way to proceed.
Qualifications for the role Bachelor's degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar Strong background in Project Management, and project coordination leveraging PMP and Agile project methodologies Demonstrated track record of successfully managing cross-functional and cross-cultural projects and structured working across multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of ERP and Data migration and compliance Basic knowledge of Information Security best practices Professional certifications in Project Management (e.
g.
, PMP, Agile) Knowledge of M&A and TSA, experience preferred Fluent in spoken and written English.
Any additional language is a plus Availability to travel local (to SLP) and international, valid Visa and passport is a plus.
