The opportunity:

Reporting to Senior Investment Advisors at Brad Gross Wealth Advisory Group, the Associate will participate in a broad range of administrative and operational projects and tasks to support the efficient and successful operations of the team. The Associate will act as a resource person for Associates and Advisors on the team, and will complete administrative tasks, reporting, and account-related activities for the team.

Key responsibilities include:

Administrative and Operational Support:

• Acting as a general administrative and operational resource for Associates and Advisors (ex:
  printing statements, tax slips).
• Completing administrative tasks related to account management such as preparing DocuSign information.
• Preparing daily reports.
• Providing information, where requested and approved by an Associate or Advisor, on the status of a client's account and provide account balances, quotes and other marketing information.
• Maintaining client files, ensuring that all documentation and notes are compliant with industry regulations.
• Assisting in preparing advisors for client meetings, including preparation of account opening documentation, product research, etc.
• Performing general administrative tasks (ex:
  prepare letters, client communication pieces, etc.).
• Proactively staying informed and up-to-date regarding company policies and procedures and compliance updates.

Client Service Support:

• Assisting licensed professionals in managing client relationships by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records.
• Serving as a point of contact for clients and ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Acting as a liaison between clients and licensed professionals, conveying messages and coordinating follow-up actions.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A diploma in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field of study.
• A minimum of one year's industry experience, preferably in an administrative or operational capacity.
• A minimum of one year experience in a customer/client-service facing role.
• Completion of CSC and CPH considered an asset.
• Proficiency with the MSOffice suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to proactively organize and manage a high volume of time-sensitive tasks and work.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to independently manage complex administrative and financial tasks.
• Exceptional organizational skills with excellent attention to detail to ensure financial and regulatory requirements are adhered to at all times.
• A demonstrated, reliable work ethic with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
• An ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and work requirements with the ability to navigate fluctuations in work volume to meet client and operational requirements.
• An ability to maintain composure and communicate effectively in high-stress situations.
• A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing extraordinary service to high-net-worth clients.
