We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our dedicated growing team who want to make lending about people again.
Based in Taupō, you will provide the best possible support to our clients. You'll be responsible for: Giving our clients a warm and personalised service
Providing lending support from the start of the application process through to loan generation, often all within the same day
Analysing bank statements and completing loan documentation
Supporting our existing customers throughout their loan journey
Accurately maintaining databases and records using efficient systems.
Empathetic, discreet, and kind
Enjoy a fast-paced workplace and can remain calm under pressure
Have a positive outlook and enjoy a challenge
Enjoy solving problems and delivering solutions
Are methodical with a good eye for detail and able to follow established procedures
Enjoy being part of a small, focused team in a growth phase
Can commit to working at least one Saturday a month with a rostered day off during the week.
And you have: A background working in finance or similar service
Superb written and verbal communication skills and a gun on a keyboard
A desire to build lasting relationships with clients.
