About the RoleThis role will effectively contribute to the smooth running of the service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service/organisation.
As part of our team, you will be carrying out a wide range of administrative and reception duties and providing essential support, including but not limited to providing effective reception services - answering incoming calls, welcoming visitors, booking and managing of patients, data entry, clerical work and so much more.
About the Team/Service/LocationTe Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities.
