Seeking an experienced Sales Manager

OTE of $150,000 for the right candidate, company vehicle, among other benefits
The employer's prestigious dealership is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead their sales team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's most renowned luxury automotive brands, setting new standards for performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities within this role
Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets, ensuring top-tier service and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the client base, optimise profitability, and enhance brand loyalty
Manage daily operations of the sales department, including forecasting, inventory control, and showroom presentation to maintain brand standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer loyalty
Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure seamless alignment on promotional campaigns, pricing, and customer financing solutions
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay ahead and innovate on the dealership's offerings and sales approach
Requirements for the role
Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably within the luxury or prestige market
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and drive results
Exceptional customer service orientation and commitment to delivering an unparalleled client experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional, client-focused demeanor
Analytical and strategic thinking with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Passion for luxury vehicles and a keen understanding of market dynamics and buyer expectations in the prestige segment
