Through integration and collaboration, we're building a health system underpinned by partnership, equity, sustainability, whānau-centred care, and excellence.About the RoleThe primary purpose of this role is to provide timely and accurate support to the wider HR team in respect of HR Information System reporting and analysis and assisting the team to onboard, offboard, and ensure timely payments to our employees via payroll.
This is a small HR administration team of two that is supported by the wider People and Communications team.
The work sits alongside that of the payroll team and plays an important role in ensuring our staff are paid accurately and timely.
Our offices are located on site at Rotorua Hospital.About YouExperience in database administration and reporting is essential for this role, as well as an understanding of database mechanisms and workings.
A high level of detail and accuracy is required to ensure our data capture remains accurate.
