What you'll do:
Drive innovation:
Lead cutting-edge R&D projects, from concept to market-ready solutions, that redefine EV charging technology.
Shape the future:
Strategically plan and execute R&D initiatives, aligning them with Kwetta's vision and business goals.
Build and empower teams:
Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary R&D team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional development.
Own the roadmap:
Manage the R&D backlog and ensure seamless collaboration with the CTO, Product Management, and other departments to deliver impactful results.
Champion adaptability:
Navigate the dynamic challenges of a fast-paced start-up environment, prioritising solutions that make a global impact.
What you'll bring:
Visionary leadership:
A proven ability to inspire and lead high-performing R&D teams, with 5+ years of experience in R&D and at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role delivering groundbreaking projects.
Technical brilliance:
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, paired with the expertise to navigate complex challenges and innovate in high-power EV charging technology.
Innovative mindset:
A passion for pushing boundaries and embracing new ideas, thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while managing multiple priorities with focus and determination.
Collaborative excellence:
Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills to drive alignment, foster teamwork, and build strong relationships across Kwetta and beyond.
Adaptability and ambition:
The flexibility to excel in a dynamic start-up environment, combined with strategic vision to deliver solutions that make a global impact.
