What you'll do:
Be the engine of our Napier HQ: Keep our office stocked, organised, and running like a well-oiled machine.
Own the details: Manage calls, emails, and all things admin with precision and a smile.
Keep us connected: Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure everything stays on track.
Make magic happen: Prepare meeting rooms, coordinate events, troubleshoot tech issues.
Be the vibe: Bring your energy and creativity to foster a positive, fun, and productive environment.
What you'll bring:
Proven Experience: At least 2 years in an Office Manager, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
Proactive Problem-Solver: You don't wait for tasks to land on your desk-you spot what's needed and dive in headfirst.
Master Organizer: Your attention to detail and ability to create pragmatic systems make you a natural at juggling priorities.
Tech-Savvy: You're no stranger to troubleshooting a printer or handling basic IT.
