Lake Health district is seeking a behavioural health clinical supervisor to join their team at Lakeview, Oregon.
The ideal candidate has the ability to provide clinical oversight and education through individual and group supervision of mental health (MH) clinicians.
The candidate is responsible for direct day-to-day supervision of patients.
The role requires providing and documenting at least two hours of supervision per staff member each month.
For this position, the candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in nursing education and be licensed by the state of Oregon.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $80,000 per year.
The candidate must have the ability to provide culturally responsive treatment services within the philosophy of trauma-informed care.Qualifications for Behavioural Health Clinical Supervisor:
Candidate must meet qualified mental health practicing qualifications.Must have a bachelor's degree in nursing and be licensed by the state of Oregon.Must have two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.Experience working with courts, law enforcement, schools, and various community stakeholders.Responsibilities for Behavioural Health Clinical Supervisor:
Responsible for providing culturally responsive treatment services within the philosophy of trauma-informed care.Ability to identify precipitating events and gather histories of mental and physical disabilities.Capability to conduct mental status examinations and document analysis with criteria.Responsible for maintaining a pleasant and patient demeanor with good communication skills.Benefits:
