Net in building out their existing platform which is used daily by thousands of businesses to get paid and to assist with product shipping management.

As a Lead Developer …
Core Development
Implement backend services using . NET, optimizing for speed and efficiency.
Design and develop user interfaces using front-end frameworks (Angular 11+ used), ensuring high performance on both desktop and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with product owners to develop and refine product features that meet their customer's needs.
Write clean, scalable, and testable code using best practices in software development.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge by sharing best practices and lessons learned from your experiences.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues across various browsers and devices.
Keep aware of advancements in web technologies and frameworks and apply new knowledge to ongoing projects.
Engage in full software development lifecycle including testing, implementation, and auditing, while ensuring security and data protection.
Building CICD pipelines to aid with continuous deployment strategies.
Monitor, troubleshoot and support their applications to ensure high availability and performance.
Be part of the out of hours on call roster.
Team Management and Recruitment
Lead with hands-on core engineering work.
Scope, design, build and maintain high performance products on our platform for large scale financial data.
Design, build, and maintain powerful APIs and services for existing products and new products.
Help debug and solve critical production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
Ensure our engineering processes comply with PCI security standards and engineering best practices.
Interview eligible candidates for open engineering roles.
Develop and implement tests to assess a candidate's technical skills.
Evaluate a candidate's culture-fit.
Undertake periodic performance reviews of the engineering team.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE …
Proficient in using Docker for containerization and orchestration, with experience in building, deploying, and managing containerized applications.
Knowledge of web application security practices.
Strong in . NET and Angular (possibly React or other modern frontend depending on experience).
