Revenue Growth:
Focus on retaining and maximising revenue from existing clients while pursuing new business opportunities through targeted sales programmes.
Market Insight:
Analyse market trends and client feedback to optimise business strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Negotiation & Contracts:
Lead contract negotiations and respond to RFPs to secure profitable long-term agreements.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar role, ideally in a B2B environment within sales to the financial services industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, particularly Excel, is required, along with excellent negotiation, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates from industries such as telecommunications or technology will be highly regarded, as familiarity with industry trends and customer needs is crucial for success in this role.
