About the Role:

This newly restructured role will drive growth for some of the top dental brands across Australia and New Zealand. If you're a marketing genius with a knack for patient acquisition, recruitment marketing, and data-driven decision-making, this Trans-Tasman team lead role is your chance to shine!
What You'll Do:
Shape the Future :
Craft data-driven marketing strategies that bring new patients through the door.
Digital Rockstar :
Lead online campaigns that slay across SEO, PPC, social media, and more!
Above-the-Line Wizardry :
Manage TV, radio, print, and outdoor campaigns to create buzz.
Team Leader Extraordinaire :
Build and inspire a talented marketing team to hit big goals.
Analytics Guru :
Dive deep into data, creating dashboards and reports that drive smart decisions.
Recruitment Dynamo :
Collaborate with HR to attract top talent through innovative recruitment marketing.
What You Bring to the Table:
8+ years of marketing experience (healthcare or dental is a major plus!)
Master of digital marketing and Above-the-Line (ATL) channels.
Strong leadership and project management skills .
Data-driven thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
