In this high-impact role, you will manage a small team to ensure they meet our production targets with a focus on safety and high standards.

What You'll Do:

• Production Management: Display daily work targets, ensure correct materials are ready, guide machine operators, and check products for quality and contamination.
• Efficiency and Compliance: Maximise Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE), reduce machine downtime, and ensure adherence to the production schedule.
• Collaboration and Documentation: Work with the engineering team to maximize machine uptime, ensure accurate and timely documentation, and update data portals.
• Safety and Hygiene: Promote safety, maintain a clean workspace, follow 5S practices, and identify and escalate food safety and quality issues.
• Team Leadership: Conduct daily meetings, assess competency, motivate staff, manage time sheets, support recruitment, and handle disciplinary processes.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

• Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and discipline in task execution.
• Capable of understanding, accurately interpreting, and following instructions, procedures, and information.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Consistent record of work commitment, reliability, and motivation.
• Ability to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstacles.
• Good physical fitness, with the ability to manually handle weights ranging from 5kg to 15kg.
• Relevant certifications and licences (e.g., First Aid, Fork Lift/Scissor Lift Certification) are advantageous.
