In this high-impact role, you will manage a small team to ensure they meet our production targets with a focus on safety and high standards.

What You'll Do:
Production Management: Display daily work targets, ensure correct materials are ready, guide machine operators, and check products for quality and contamination.
Efficiency and Compliance: Maximise Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE), reduce machine downtime, and ensure adherence to the production schedule.
Collaboration and Documentation: Work with the engineering team to maximize machine uptime, ensure accurate and timely documentation, and update data portals.
Safety and Hygiene: Promote safety, maintain a clean workspace, follow 5S practices, and identify and escalate food safety and quality issues.
Team Leadership: Conduct daily meetings, assess competency, motivate staff, manage time sheets, support recruitment, and handle disciplinary processes.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and discipline in task execution.
Capable of understanding, accurately interpreting, and following instructions, procedures, and information.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Consistent record of work commitment, reliability, and motivation.
Ability to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstacles.
Good physical fitness, with the ability to manually handle weights ranging from 5kg to 15kg.
Relevant certifications and licences (e.g., First Aid, Fork Lift/Scissor Lift Certification) are advantageous.
