We are now looking for a Brand Specialist for our Communications & Public Affairs function.
Kemira Communications drives engagement with our internal and external audiences. We speak fluent digital, turn complex concepts into stories that have an impact and protect and promote Kemira brand and reputation globally.
You can be based at our headquarters in Helsinki or near any of our local offices across the EMEA region.
In this role you will be responsible for:

Development, promotion and management of Kemira's brand assets, ensuring consistent representation across all platforms and projects.
Overseeing the development and maintenance of Kemira's digital Brand Tool.
Provide brand input and ensure adherence to brand guidelines in relevant projects. Especially with Marketing Communications to ensure the brand is effectively positioned across campaigns and other collateral.
Develop and implement internal branding programs to strengthen awareness and ambassadorship of the Kemira brand.
Responsible for managing all brand related external vendors such as designers and photographers.
What you'll bring to the team:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, graphic design or similar.
3-5 years experience in brand management in a global company or similar role at an agency as brand consultant.
Proven experience managing brand assets and coordination of brand collateral.
Understanding of design principles and experience working with design teams and external agencies. Proficiency in digital asset management tools and coordinating photo shoots.
Proactive, systematic and organized with a sense of urgency.
Excellent collaborator, has the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Strong project management skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
