Join us as our new Sales Assistant
We are looking for a new part-time Sales Assistant with the ability to give support to our local team. You will have a central role in being the linking pin between our Dutch customers and our internal global organization, mainly in Germany and Denmark.
Welcome to The Nordic and Netherlands Dairy Sales Team
The Nordic and Netherlands Dairy Sales Team is part of the Central North Europe organization in Novonesis, supporting all dairy customers in this area. You will be part of a dynamic team surrounded by 12 great and highly skilled colleagues with strong team spirit in an exciting international setting. You will report to the Head of Dairy Sales Nordic & the Netherlands. As a Sales Assistant, you will be focused on the Dutch dairy market. You will be based at our office in Houten with the opportunity to work from home 1 to 2 days a week.
In this role you'll make an impact by:

Being our 'spider in the web' for the Dutch dairy business and our international Novonesis colleagues.
Providing customer support to all Dutch Dairy customers, handling requests for standard product documentation, organizing samples, and informing customers about product/spec changes.
Acting as the first point of contact for all Novonesis business units, answering incoming calls or contact requests, and translating and forwarding them to the right colleague or distributor.
Supporting account managers by creating price-offers when requested by customers and keeping pricelists for Global Customers updated.
Using your technical background to support the creation/updating of projects and cases in Salesforce and improve customer mapping of dairy business in the Netherlands.
Arranging product examples for innovation meetings to inspire customers with new opportunities.
Entering complaints in SAP and ensuring proper follow-up both internally and externally in cooperation with Sales Managers.
Handling office management tasks such as arranging office supplies or lunches for customer meetings.
This is a dynamic job in a growing and fun team with passionate colleagues.
Potentially relevant experience:

A MBO or Bachelor degree, or similar, preferably in food technology.
Minimum 2 years of experience within the dairy sector.
A self-starting and self-motivating individual with a positive attitude.
Accurate and respectful of deadlines.
Excellent Dutch and English language skills, both spoken and in writing.
Experience and enjoyment in working with systems like SAP, Excel, Salesforce.
