Main accountabilities:
Manage the overall quality of the Systems Business product portfolio, which includes Product, Packaging, and Appliances.
Quality engineering for plastic injection molding and mechatronics.
Provide direction for the Quality Team members in executing daily activities, such as projects related to NPD, LCM, Verification, and Validations.
Create, implement, and sustain comprehensive QMS elements aligned to ISO 9001, IEC electrical safety standards, and CE regulations.
Co-build Supplier Quality Database in collaboration with Operations and establish Supplier KPIs while maintaining appropriate quality standards with all suppliers (internal and external).
Own quality KPIs and targets, responsible for actions to ensure the business meets all quality KPIs.
Represent Quality in business and at management level regularly.
Conduct trainings as needed and act as a change agent to implement necessary structures for the business.
Own cost management and people management related to the Quality Department/Pillar.
Deep dive when needed to manage customer complaints impacting quality KPIs.
When needed, manage CE compliance and RA topics via external/internal consultants/stakeholders.
