Finance Business Partner - Credit Control Apollo Tyres Ltd is an international tyre manufacturer and the leading tyre brand in India. Job Title : Finance Business Partner - Credit Control
Location : Enschede
Purpose of the Job : For our Finance organization in North-West Europe, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner - Credit Control. In this role, you will act as sparring business partner for credit management and other commercial matters directly supporting cluster commercial management in steering decision making. You will report directly to the Head-Business Finance (Commercial-EU) in Amsterdam and have a matrix reporting line to the Cluster Commercial Head based at Enschede.
Major Responsibilities :
Your activities will cover those as mentioned below, but are not limited to:
Credit Insurance: Working closely with Credit Insurance & Credit advice service providers to ensure adequate Credit limits are assigned for customers to achieve business growth.
Credit & Overdue Management: Oversee timely customer collections and efficient credit management to ensure lower DSO levels & meet monthly targets.
Cash-flow Forecasting & Reporting: Monthly collection forecasting & reporting variances versus budgets and last comparative period.
Commercial Policy Compliance: To act as linking pin between specialized Central BP team and cluster commercial team to ensure full compliance to defined commercial procedures and policy.
Project Support: Support various business initiatives and improvement projects.
Requirements:
6-8 years relevant work experience.
Graduation degree in business management or business controlling.
Financial analysis capabilities & good business acumen.
Working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools e.g. Power BI or similar.
International mind-set and ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds.
Team player - being able to work with multiple colleagues from many departments.
Communication & advisory skills - ability to precisely summarize on key topics.
Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory), any other European language is a plus.
Flexible to travel between Amsterdam and Enschede.
