Laboratory Diagnostics Sales Representative

Salary:
€4,000 - €5,600 base salary per month (depending on experience).
In addition to base pay, we offer a competitive sales incentive plan.

Due to our continued growth across Europe, Antech are looking for a driven Laboratory Diagnostics Sales Representative to join our team in the Netherlands.
As an Lab Sales Representative, you will be responsible for retaining and developing customer accounts across the North Holland region, continuing to grow market share.

Key responsibilities include:

Sales and business development within your defined geographical area, selling our range of laboratory analysers (biochemistry, hematology, urine analysers, etc.) to our clients composed mainly of veterinary clinics and practices.
Maintain, retain and develop the existing customer portfolio.
Develop, in collaboration with your manager, a growth strategy for the area for which you are responsible.
Build and implement a prospecting plan in this territory, in line with the commercial strategy.
Ensure the discovery of needs and the presentation of adapted solutions with high added value products.
Negotiate assertively to achieve or even exceed your objectives.
Attend relevant trade shows and exhibitions.

Work Experience

Proven experience working within laboratory diagnostic sales.
Fluency or business professional Dutch and English language
Ability to negotiate.
Able to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
Strong communication skills
Computer skills (Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Power Point, Excel) are essential for the position.
Driving licence and ability to drive within your chosen territory.
